Before starting the aseptic filling process, it is necessary to ensure that the packages that will receive the product are free of particles, dirt or any other contaminant. For this reason, it is necessary to have the washing stage of these packages, where some cleaning cycles are carried out to ensure the removal of any foreign material. After washing, it is necessary to sterilize the ambulation and this process is carried out by the depyrogenation tunnel which, through the application of heat, ensures the elimination of possible microorganisms. With depyrogenation completed, we have the cooling stage and release of the packaging to the filling area.
