Description
Material Transfer Systems (MTS) are designed to enable safe transit of materials between different sorting zones. There are several models, sizes and configurations customized according to the needs of the room and the project. The Material Transfer Systems are fully configurable and adaptable to each zone and integrate into the cleanroom. They have colored lighting for quick and easy identification of the device’s cycle status, as well as different applications in the transfer process, such as: the option of self-ventilation, dedusting application or low-temperature disinfection by UV or H2O2.
Its features:
– AISI 304/optional 316 stainless steel chamber (finish on the inside <0.6 μm Ra and <1.2 μm Ra on the outside)
– Hermetic chamber with inflatable sealing
– Meets cGMP/FDA
standards- Interior construction with rounded corners providing smooth interior surfaces that prevent cracks
– Tempered glass doors
– Electromechanical interlocking doors that prevent the simultaneous opening of the two doors with anodized aluminum hinges
– Color coded for easy identification of cycle status.

– Unit with automatic ventilation through H-14
filter- Doors with inflatable seal for containment applications or with VHP
disinfection- Integrated VHP generation system (requires SS AISI316L chamber).
