Freeze Dryers

Freeze-drying technology has brought enormous gains to human health, increasing the shelf life of several injectable drugs, allowing them to be transported and used in the most isolated places on our planet. Freeze-drying consists of a step of freezing the product and then the water is removed by sublimation, which is carried out under vacuum.
