Description
LITEK PHARMA isolators cover a wide range of containment applications whose mission is to create a safe environment for operators. These isolators allow the handling of highly powerful or highly active products (HAPI), with an absolute guarantee of operator safety. Prepared and validated up to OEL5 (≤50ng/m3).
Its features:
– AISI 316L stainless steel chamber (3 or 5mm thick with internal polishing Ra<0.6)
– Compact ventilation module for recirculation and aeration
– HEPA filters type BIBO or PUSH-PUSH-
Tempered glass doors with inflatable sealing
– Electrical panel incorporated in the attached
module- LED lighting.
It is possible to integrate different components according to the applications, such as: IRIS valves for access from the container to the isolator, RTP with split valves for material transfer, drum elevator/mover, weighing scales, vacuum product transfer system, WIP and CIP.
